How to Get Nordstrom Rack Clearance Prices and Product Data Through an API

To get Nordstrom Rack product data programmatically, use Scavio's Nordstrom Rack API. POST /api/v1/nordstromrack/category with /clearance returns 24 products a page with price, compare-at price, percent off, the clearance price and, while Clear the Rack runs, the price after the extra discount. /product prices every size and color with UPC and price type, /availability names the Rack stores that can hand a size over, and /reviews returns Rack's own review history. Most calls cost 5 credits, $5 per 1,000 requests on the Growth plan; availability and reviews cost 10.

Nordstrom Rack does not publish a developer API, and nordstromrack.com is a separate site from nordstrom.com, with its own catalog, prices and reviews. Every response below was captured on November 8, 2026, while Clear the Rack was running.

Step 1: Pull the clearance section

This returned 5,263 clearance items over 220 pages, 24 a page, in 2.2 seconds. Row 10, as captured (40 of its 41 colors and the image URLs trimmed):

Read it as: compare-at $85, clearance from $34.98, and Clear the Rack's extra 25% off the clearance price brings it to $26.23. original_price_range is the compare-at price Rack strikes through, so percent_off 69 is measured against $85. Outside the event, promotion_price_range and promotion_percent_off are null. Not every clearance item takes the extra off: on this page, 7 Adornia jewelry items kept their clearance price with both fields null, so check them per row.

Narrow the feed with a department path such as /clearance/women/clothing (2,496 items) or /clearance/men (908), and pass "sort": "percent_off" for the deepest markdowns first. Listings stop at page 100, so split a full sweep by department. Relevance-sorted pages also shift while you page through them (12 rows repeated across our first five pages), so dedupe by style_id.

Step 2: Price every size and color

The listing shows one price per style, the lowest across its sizes and colors. Product detail breaks it into skus: this sneaker returned 41 colors and 605 sizes, of which 168 were in stock. Three size 8 skus, as captured (size_type trimmed):

The $26.23 on the listing belongs to one color, PEARL PINK/SAIL, and none of its 10 in-stock sizes can ship: in_stock is true because stores hold it, and quantity counts only units available to ship. SHIMMER/SAIL/TATTOO at $35.67 had 362 units to ship across its sizes. price_type tells you which price a size is at, and only 25 of the 168 in-stock skus were at a promotion price. The response also carries the description, star histogram (167 five-star and 33 one-star of 250), size-fit votes and the reviews shown on the page.

Step 3: Find the Rack stores that can hand it over

pick_quantity 39 is the pickup total across the Rack chain, not per store; per store, Rack only says whether it can do pickup. Leave out sku_id to get every size of the style in one call. Availability costs 10 credits.

Step 4: Match pickup stores to the shopper's ZIP

ZIP 10001 returned 9 Rack stores within 25 miles in 1.0 second, nearest first, each with address, phone, weekly hours, holiday hours, the next 8 days' opening times, coordinates and pickup flags. Intersect their store_numbers with the availability answer: of the 9, only White Plains (store 519, 22.82 miles) was on the size 8 pickup list. The 17 pickup stores were spread over six states, from California to Florida, so the nearest Rack is often not the one that has the size. To look stores up by number instead, pass store_numbers.

Step 5: Read Rack's own reviews

This took 14.8 seconds and returned 10 of 251 matching reviews with has_more: true, plus the summary: a 4.1 average over 250 ratings, a size rating of 3.36 and a width rating of 3, 165 ratings without text, and the site's AI review summary. Each review has rating, title, text, date, size and color purchased, verified_purchase, secondary ratings for size, width and quality, and syndicated_from when it was first posted on another site. Filter with stars, verified_only, with_photos or search, and ask for up to 200 a call. Set a client timeout of at least 120 seconds.

Step 6: Watch flash events, brands and search

/shop/flash lists the live flash events as subcategories; on November 8 that was "Just Landed from Longchamp" (/shop/flash/event-7, 122 products) and "New Luggage from TUMI" (/shop/flash/event-8). Pass an event's path as category for its products, and diff the event list daily to see which opened. /brand takes a Rack brand path such as /brands/adidas, /search takes a keyword with the same six sorts, and /suggestions returns the search box's autocomplete: "ugg" gave "ugg for women", "kids uggs", "pink uggs" and five more.
