For a Nordstrom Rack clearance tracker, deal alert or AI shopping agent, start with Scavio's Nordstrom Rack API. POST /api/v1/nordstromrack/category turns /clearance, or any clearance department, into 24 products a page sorted by percent off, and every row carries the clearance price (clearance_price_range) and, while Clear the Rack runs, the price after the extra discount (promotion_price_range) and that extra percent (promotion_percent_off). /product prices every size and color, and /availability names the Rack stores that can hand each size over. Calls cost 5 credits, $5 per 1,000 requests on the Growth plan; availability and reviews cost 10.
You need a third-party API because Nordstrom Rack does not publish one. The site shows clearance and Clear the Rack prices per product tile, with no feed or export, and its customer service page says it does "not price match or make adjustments, as our prices change often". A price you miss is gone, which is the case for tracking it.
We build Scavio, so read this with that bias in mind. Every Scavio number below comes from live calls we made on November 8, 2026, while Clear the Rack was running. Every competitor detail was read off the vendor's own page that day, and where a detail was not published we say so. The screenshots are each vendor's own Nordstrom Rack page, captured the same day.

A red tag is not the price during Clear the Rack
During Clear the Rack, most clearance items take an extra percent off the clearance price, but not all of them. A tracker that stores only the red-tag price overstates what a shopper pays on most items, and one that applies the event's discount to every clearance price gets the rest wrong. We pulled page one of nordstromrack.com/clearance with one Scavio category call.
17 of the 24 items carried promotion_percent_off 25, and every one of those promotion prices was exactly 75% of the clearance price: the UGG Classic Mini Taslyn Bootie fell from $112.47 to $84.35, the Nike Court Vision Low Sneaker from $34.98 to $26.23. The 7 that did not were all Adornia jewelry, still at the red-tag price with both promotion fields null. Across the first five pages (108 unique items, since relevance-sorted pages shifted between calls), 85 carried the extra 25% and 23 did not, 20 of them Adornia. Adornia is also the brand with the most clearance items on Rack, 338 of 5,254 by the listing's own brand filter, so the exception is not a rounding error. Read the promotion price per item, never per event.
1. Scavio: the Clear the Rack price, every size and Rack store pickup

Scavio's Nordstrom Rack API is 8 POST endpoints on nordstromrack.com (US). All 15 Rack calls we made on November 8 returned 200, in 1.0 to 10.4 seconds. Measured that day:
- Category:
/clearancesorted bypercent_offreturned 5,254 results over 219 pages, led by a MAX STUDIO Sleeveless Tiered Dress at $7.86 from a $168 compare-at price: clearance $10.49 to $22.73, then 25% more off. Each row also has rating, review count, badges such asnew_markdownandfinal_sale, every color, and the filter sidebar with a product count per option. Women's Clothing clearance held 2,496 items and Men's 908;/shop/flashlisted the two live flash events, Longchamp (122 products) and TUMI. 5 credits. - Product: the Nike Court Vision Low Sneaker returned 41 colors and 605 sizes, each with
sku_id, UPC,price,original_price,price_type(regular,clearanceorpromotion),in_stockandquantityto ship. The $26.23 the listing showed belonged to one color, PEARL PINK/SAIL: 10 sizes in stock, none of them shippable. 5 credits. - Availability: for size 8 M in that color,
ship_quantity0, pickup at 17 Rack stores and 39 units for pickup across the chain, in 5.0 seconds. 10 credits. - Stores: ZIP 10001 returned 9 Rack stores within 25 miles, with hours and holiday hours. Only one of them, White Plains, was on the size 8 pickup list. 5 credits.
What it does not do: no response carries an event's start or end date, so Scavio shows that Clear the Rack is running, not when the next one starts. Pickup is yes or no per store with a chain-wide unit count, not units per store. Listings stop at page 100, so a full clearance sweep has to split by department. At 5 credits a call it costs more per request than an Apify result, though one call returns 24 rows. In return, one key gives you the clearance price, the extra-off price, the size-level price and the store that has it, plus Rack's own reviews (10 credits, up to 200 a call) and an MCP server for agents, on the same JSON as the Nordstrom API for nordstrom.com. How to get Nordstrom Rack product data walks through each call with captured responses.
2. Channel3: Nordstrom Rack inside a cross-retailer product search

Channel3 is a product search API for AI shopping apps. Its Nordstrom Rack page shows one call, POST /v1/search with a website_ids filter set to nordstromrack.com, plus Python and TypeScript SDKs, and advertises 1,000 free searches a month with no card. Results carry purchase links, and the page says Nordstrom Rack pays up to 7% on sales. The Rack page lists no product fields, and its developers page describes search results by product, brand, price and merchant, with no clearance price, Clear the Rack price, sizes or store pickup; no paid pricing is published. Choose it for a shopping assistant that searches many retailers at once and earns commission on the click.
3. DataFlirt: a managed Nordstrom Rack feed

DataFlirt builds and runs a Nordstrom Rack pipeline for you and delivers JSON, CSV, Parquet or a webhook to S3, BigQuery or Snowflake on a schedule. Its page lists rack_price, original_price, discount_pct and is_clearance on listings, stock_level per size and color, flash event records and reviews; it lists no field for an extra discount on top of clearance and no store pickup. Start is a scoping call, with "Pilot dataset within the week. Production within two." Its pricing page lists managed delivery at $249 a month for up to 100,000 records from one source and $499 for up to 1,000,000, with a free sample scrape and no free plan. Choose it when you want a warehouse table delivered and someone else to run it.
4. Apify: a listing scraper for scheduled runs

On the Apify Store, stealth_mode/nordstromrack-product-search-scraper scrapes Rack search and category pages by URL or by keyword with sort, price, gender, color and discount filters. It costs from $2.00 per 1,000 results, had 7 total users and no ratings on November 8, and its output lists selling, base and compare-at prices, discount percent, ship and pick quantities and review counts, with no clearance field and no sizes. It reads listings only, so there is no product detail, store list or review text. Actors run as jobs that write to a dataset, and each is maintained by its author, so pin the one you test.
Bright Data, WebScrapingAPI, Piloterr and the other Apify Nordstrom actors sell nordstrom.com data; the pages we read on November 8 do not cover nordstromrack.com, which has its own catalog, prices and reviews. Check that a tool names Rack explicitly before you build a Rack tracker on it. Rack's supplier and marketplace integrations serve brands selling to Rack, not readers of its catalog.
Pick by the number you need
If your users act on what an item costs today, the work is reading the right price, and in our capture 7 of the first 24 clearance items did not take the event's discount. That is what Scavio's Nordstrom Rack API returns directly. A full daily sweep of the 5,254 clearance items is about 220 category calls split by department: 1,100 credits a day, about 33,000 a month, $33 at the Growth rate of $1 per 1,000 credits. Watching for Clear the Rack itself needs one call: polling /clearance hourly for promotion_percent_off is 3,600 credits a month, $3.60. Billed per result instead, the same daily sweep is 5,254 results a day, about $315 a month at $2.00 per 1,000 results. Try the Nordstrom Rack API free, 50 credits, no card, or run the endpoints in the playground.

Frequently asked questions
Does Nordstrom Rack have an API for clearance prices?
No. Nordstrom Rack does not publish a self-serve developer API for its catalog, prices or clearance, and its site offers no export of the clearance section. Developers who need clearance and Clear the Rack prices as data use a third-party API such as Scavio's Nordstrom Rack API, which returns the clearance price and any extra-off price for each item.
How often does Nordstrom Rack do Clear the Rack?
Several times a year, on dates Nordstrom Rack does not publish in advance. In Google Trends for the US, searches for 'clear the rack' over the last 12 months peaked between late March and late June 2026, and USA Today reported on November 6, 2026 that the current event runs through November 11. During the event, most clearance items take an extra 25% off the clearance price.
Is there a clearance sale at Nordstrom Rack all the time?
Yes. nordstromrack.com keeps a standing clearance section, which held 5,254 items on November 8, 2026, across women, men, shoes, kids, accessories, home and beauty. Clear the Rack is a separate, temporary extra discount taken off those clearance prices; outside it, clearance items sell at the red-tag price.
How do you know if a Nordstrom Rack item is final sale?
The product page labels it Final Sale, and Rack's customer service page states that returns or exchanges may not be made on Final Sale items. In API data, Scavio returns a final_sale badge on every listing row and is_final_sale on the product and each size. 91 of the 108 clearance items we pulled on November 8, 2026 carried it.
Does Nordstrom Rack do price adjustments?
No. Rack's customer service page says it does not price match or make adjustments, because its prices change often. Unlike nordstrom.com, there is no adjustment window if an item drops after you buy it, so a clearance tracker is the only way to catch the lower price before you check out.
