For Booking.com hotel prices and guest reviews inside an app, a rate shopper or an AI agent, start with Scavio's Booking.com API. It needs no Booking.com partner account: POST /api/v1/booking/search prices every property for the exact stay you ask for, /hotel returns each room's rate plans with taxes and fees itemised, and /reviews returns guest reviews with category subscores, all behind one API key. Every call is 1 credit, and Scavio starts from $2 per 1,000 requests on the Growth plan billed yearly.
You need a third-party API because Booking.com's own APIs are for partners. The Demand API requires you to be a Managed Affiliate Partner, with Partner Centre access issued by your Booking.com account manager after a signed contract. The Guest Review API is a Connectivity API "for internal use by properties", behind a machine account with permission to use it. Neither lets a developer read the market for any hotel.
We build Scavio, so read this with that bias in mind. Every Scavio number below comes from live calls we made on October 27, 2026. Every competitor detail was read off the vendor's own page or listing that day, and where a detail was not published we say so. The screenshots are each vendor's own Booking.com page, captured the same day.

A Booking.com price only means something with its dates
A hotel price is a price for one stay: a check-in date, a length of stay, a guest count and a currency. Change any of them and the number changes, sometimes by several times. We priced six New York hotels for one night, two adults, on five check-in dates, with one Scavio hotel call each.
Hotel Edison Times Square was $185.10 for Tuesday, January 12, 2027 and $942.45 for New Year's Eve: 5.1 times more for a one-night stay at the same hotel, and Saturday, November 14 ($937.58) cost almost as much as New Year's Eve. The Mayfair and Pod Times Square swung 4.6x and 4.4x. Calendar intuition fails too: The Cloud One in the Financial District was dearer on Tuesday, November 10 ($585.05) than on Thanksgiving ($353.72). Availability moves with price. DoubleTree Times Square West was sold out on three of the five nights, and the Riu Plaza on the Saturday.
Taxes are the second trap. Our search call returned The Mayfair at $258.63 for November 10; the hotel call listed $37.43 of taxes on top, $296.06 in all. Every price in the chart is the total including those charges, read from price_with_charges. A rate shopper that mixes pre-tax and all-in numbers, or stores a price without its dates, is comparing nothing.
1. Scavio: rates for any stay, rate plans and reviews without a partner account

Scavio's Booking.com API is 3 POST endpoints, each 1 credit. Measured on October 27:
- Search: "New York" for January 12, 2027 with a review score of 8+ and price-low sort returned 25 properties from 321 matches in 5.2 s, each with price, the tax note (for example "+US$20 taxes"), star rating, review score and count, district, room name, free-cancellation deadline and a
sponsoredflag. The response echoes check-in, check-out, nights, adults, currency and the resolveddest_id, so a stored price records exactly what was priced. - Hotel: Hotel Edison Times Square for one night returned 22 room types and 30 rate offers in 3.3 s. Each offer carries
price,price_with_charges, the itemised charges (a 14.75% tax and a $3.50 city tax),cancellation_typeandmeal_plan, plus house rules, fine print, facilities and 80 images. The 31 hotel calls behind the chart took 1.8 to 5.9 s each. - Reviews: Pod Times Square returned its 8.6 score from 16,439 reviews, category subscores such as location 9.5 and value for money 8.4, Booking's own summary of the most-mentioned pros and cons, and the 10 latest reviews with liked and disliked text, score, date, room booked and traveller type, in 2.0 s.
What it does not do: the reviews endpoint returns the latest 10 reviews per call with no paging, so full review histories need StayAPI or an Apify actor. Search pages held 15 to 25 properties in our calls, and search prices can be before or after tax depending on the property, so use the hotel call when you need the all-in total. There is no stored price history: you build one by calling on a schedule. The benefit is one key and one JSON format for Booking.com alongside Google Hotels, Airbnb and Tripadvisor, plus an MCP server for agents. How to get Booking.com hotel prices and reviews walks through each call with captured responses.
2. Apify actors: scheduled exports of many properties

voyager/booking-scraper, maintained by Apify, has 10,076 users and takes checkIn and checkOut dates. It charges per property scraped: $5.00 per 1,000 on Apify's free plan, $3.90 on the first paid tier and down to $1.25 on the top tier, with room offerings and surroundings an add-on of $5.00 to $0.75 per 1,000. It returns only the review count; review text comes from the separate Booking Reviews Scraper, with 4,028 users, at $2.00 per 1,000 reviews on the free plan down to $0.30. Actors run as jobs that write to a dataset, which suits scheduled exports more than a request inside an app.
3. StayAPI: many Booking.com endpoints and paginated reviews

StayAPI lists 13 Booking.com endpoints, including search, live hotel prices, room availability and rates, paginated reviews, a reviews summary and the category score breakdown. Every request is 1 credit. Plans are $49 a month for 1,500 requests, $149 for 10,000 or $249 for 25,000, and $450 for 100,000 (shown as half of $900), with 50 free credits on signup. That is $32.67 per 1,000 on Basic and $4.50 on Scale. Choose it if you need deep review history from the same vendor as your rates.
4. Bright Data: records by the thousand

Bright Data's Booking Scraper API has collectors for hotel listings, listings search with check-in, check-out, adults, children and rooms, listings with pricing, and reviews. It costs $1.50 per 1,000 records pay-as-you-go, or $499 a month for 384,000 records with more at $1.30 per 1,000, and the page offers 5,000 free records a month. Because it bills per record, a search that returns 25 hotels is 25 records. Choose it when the deliverable is a large file rather than an answer inside a request.
5. FlightPowers: live stay totals on a RapidAPI key

FlightPowers returns live Booking.com rates for a destination or a hotel name, as a total for the stay with the review score and count, over REST and MCP on a RapidAPI key, and an option prices a stay as a guest in another country would see it. Its pricing page lists 10 free searches a month, then $10 for 2,000, $30 for 6,500 and $75 for 25,000 ($3 per 1,000). It documents no review-text endpoint. Choose it for a travel agent that needs rates and nothing else.
6. Booking COM on RapidAPI: the lowest price per request

Booking COM, published by DataCrawler on RapidAPI, has 24,196 subscribers and a long endpoint list covering hotel search, room availability, policies, photos, review scores and reviews, plus flights, taxis and attractions. Its plans are 20 free requests a month, $9.99 for 35,000, $50 for 500,000 and $100 for 3,000,000, with a separate, smaller quota for premium requests and a bandwidth fee above 10,240 MB a month. It is the cheapest per call here, but the listing showed two of five stars from 223 ratings, so test it on your own queries first.
Oxylabs, ScraperAPI and other general scraping APIs can also fetch Booking.com pages, but they return HTML or their own parser's output rather than a hotel-price API; check what each returns for a search with dates before you compare.
Pick by the number you need
If your users act on what a hotel charges for specific nights, keeping those prices current is the ongoing work, and it is what Scavio's Booking.com API handles. Rate-shopping a comp set of 10 hotels for each of the next 90 nights, once a day, is 900 hotel calls: 27,000 credits a month, about $54 at the Growth-yearly rate of $2 per 1,000 credits, with every rate plan and tax line included. Tracking a whole city instead, one search per check-in date returns 15 to 25 properties, so 90 dates a day is 2,700 credits a month, about $5.40. Try the Booking.com API free, 50 credits, no card, or try the endpoints in the playground.

Frequently asked questions
Does Booking.com have a public API for hotel prices?
Not an open one. Booking.com's Demand API returns search, availability and prices, but its prerequisites require you to be a Managed Affiliate Partner, with Partner Centre access issued by a Booking.com account manager after a signed contract. The Connectivity APIs serve properties and their channel managers. To read any property's live rates with one key, use a third-party API such as Scavio's Booking.com API.
Can I get Booking.com guest reviews through an API?
Booking.com's Guest Review API is a Connectivity API that the documentation describes as for internal use by properties, behind a machine account with permission to access it. Third-party options include Scavio's reviews endpoint, which returns the latest 10 reviews with liked and disliked text plus category subscores, StayAPI's paginated reviews endpoint, Apify's Booking Reviews Scraper and Bright Data's reviews collector.
What is the cheapest Booking.com API?
Per request, the Booking COM listing on RapidAPI: $9.99 a month for 35,000 requests, though its listing showed two of five stars from 223 ratings on October 27, 2026. Scavio is $2 per 1,000 calls on its Growth plan billed yearly, and one search call prices 15 to 25 properties. Bright Data is $1.50 per 1,000 records, StayAPI $4.50 per 1,000 on its Scale plan, and FlightPowers $3 per 1,000 on its top plan.
Why do Booking.com prices differ between API calls?
Because a hotel price belongs to a stay, not to the hotel. The same room changes with the check-in date, length of stay, guest count and currency, and some prices are shown before taxes. On October 27, 2026 Hotel Edison Times Square cost $185.10 for January 12, 2027 and $942.45 for New Year's Eve. Always store the dates and occupancy with every price.
Is it legal to use a Booking.com scraper API?
Third-party APIs return publicly displayed listing, price and review data and do not log in as a user. You remain responsible for how you use the data, including Booking.com's terms and the data-protection rules that apply to reviewer names. Talk to your own counsel about your specific use case.
