6 Best Menards Product Data APIs in 2026: Scavio Returns the Price After Rebate and the Store's Stock in One Call

For Menards data inside a price tracker, a contractor tool or an AI agent, start with Scavio's Menards API. POST /api/v1/menards/search with a keyword and a store number returns 40 products a page, each with the everyday price, the sale price, the 11% mail-in rebate, the final price after rebate and the unit count at that store; the product endpoint adds the rebate dates, the aisle and specifications. A search costs 2 credits, and Scavio starts from $4 per 1,000 searches on the Growth plan billed yearly.

You need a third-party option because Menards has no open API. Its developer portal is marked for prior-authorized partners, and menards.com shows prices, rebates and stock only after you pick a store, one store at a time.

We build Scavio, so read this with that bias in mind. Every Scavio number below comes from live calls we made on November 2, 2026. Every competitor detail was read off the vendor's own page that day, and where a detail was not published we say so. The screenshots are each vendor's own Menards page, captured the same day; Bright Data's page showed only a cookie dialog to our capture, so it has none.

A Menards 2x6 costs a different amount one store over

Menards prints a price for the store you have selected, and an API that does not take a store prices everything for a store you did not choose. We searched "2x4x8 stud" with Scavio at seven Menards stores in five states, one call per store, all within two minutes.

Price of one 2 x 6 x 8 foot Menards construction lumber board at seven stores on November 2, 2026: $6.95 in Des Moines, $6.88 in Chicago, $6.85 in West Fargo, $6.46 in West Milwaukee and $6.38 at three Twin Cities stores, 9% apart, with 500 to 1,982 on hand; with no store chosen menards.com priced it at $9.52

The same 2 x 6 x 8' Construction/Framing Lumber cost $6.95 in Des Moines and $6.38 at the St Paul Midway, Golden Valley and Maplewood stores: 9% more for the same item id. After the 11% rebate it was $6.19 against $5.68. Each store had between 500 and 1,982 boards on hand. Five of the eight lumber items in the search were priced differently somewhere, from a 2x4x8 at $3.95 in Minnesota and Chicago to $4.15 in Milwaukee, Des Moines and West Fargo. A product call without a store priced the same 2x6 at $9.52, 49% above the Twin Cities shelf, because menards.com then prices for its default store. Tools are different: all 40 cordless drills in a search cost the same at all seven stores, while the stock count differed for 33 of them, from 14 of one Masterforce drill in West Milwaukee to none in West Fargo.

1. Scavio: price after rebate and the store's count, 40 products a call

Scavio Menards API page, captured November 2, 2026

Scavio's Menards API is 3 POST endpoints. Measured on November 2:

  • Search: "cordless drill" at St Paul Midway returned 40 products a page from 180 results, each with price, everyday_price, sale_price, price_type, rebates, final_price, stock_quantity and pickup and delivery flags. 39 of the 40 carried the 11% rebate; 26 had a final price after rebate, and 14 were priced "in cart", where Menards shows the price only in the cart and final_price comes back null. The 18 searches behind this post answered in 1.5 to 18.5 s, 3.2 s at the median. 2 credits.
  • Product: a Masterforce Ultra Compact drill at the West Milwaukee store returned $77.59 against an everyday $119, a sale ending November 20, an 11% rebate of $8.53 running November 2 to 8, a final price of $69.06, 14 on hand and "Item Located in Aisle 207 Section C", in 5.6 s. 2 credits with a store, 1 without.
  • Stores: ZIP 55401 returned 24 stores nearest first, with the store number the other calls take, address, coordinates, distance and services such as Garden Center and Rental Center. 1 credit.

What it does not do: search always runs at one store, so seven stores is seven calls, and there is no category listing. Search rows carry no model number or aisle. Price sorts order by the everyday price, not the sale price, and there is no sort by title. An unknown store number is a 400 (not charged). Searching a SKU from a receipt returned nothing, though the model number found the item. A store-targeted product call returned "In-Stock" without a count for the 2x6, where the search row had said 1,026. There are no UPCs, ratings or reviews, and some items Menards prices only in store come back with every price field null. The benefit is one key and one JSON format for Menards alongside the Home Depot and Lowe's APIs, matched by brand and model number, plus an MCP server for agents. How to get Menards prices and rebates walks through each call with captured responses.

2. Bright Data: product records by URL

Bright Data's Menards Price Scraper API says it collects price, sale price, item id, title, brand, product category, availability and variant attributes. Its example request takes product URLs with an all_variations flag, and a second scraper collects product URLs from the sitemap; keyword, store and ZIP inputs are not documented, and neither the rebate nor store stock is mentioned. The sample response on the page shows catalogue fields (title, description, category tree) rather than prices. It costs $1.50 per 1,000 records pay-as-you-go, or $499 a month for 384,000 records with more at $1.30 per 1,000, and every account gets 5,000 free records a month. Choose it when you already have the product URLs and want a large file of records.

3. Oxylabs: Menards pages through a scraper API

Oxylabs Menards Scraper API page, captured November 2, 2026

Oxylabs' Menards Scraper API is part of its Web Scraper API, with three Menards targets: a product id, a search term and any menards.com URL. Menards is listed with raw HTML and parsing through Oxylabs' own parser tools, not among the targets that return ready parsed JSON, and no store or ZIP setting is documented for it. Plans start at $30 a month (Starter), then $100 and $500, with Enterprise from $2,500 a month and $5 in welcome credits; the page lists no Menards-specific rate. Choose it if your team already parses retail pages and wants the fetching handled.

4. Apify actors: scheduled exports by keyword or ZIP

Apify Home Depot, Lowe's and Menards prices actor page, captured November 2, 2026

On the Apify Store, yugenox/home-improvement-prices covers Home Depot, Lowe's and Menards by keyword or model number and US ZIP. Its page says it reads Google Shopping results near the ZIP, returns the local price, was-price and Google's nearby-store flag, and does not include stock quantities; rebates are not mentioned. It had 9 users and no ratings on November 2 and charges from $2.00 per 1,000 result rows, plus $0.015 a run, $0.005 per Google page and $0.009 per listing it resolves to a retailer item id. getdataforme/menards-search-spider takes a query and returns product name, price, description, availability and URL, with no store input, from $9.00 per 1,000 results; it had 8 users. Actors run as jobs that write to a dataset, and each is maintained by its author, so pin the one you test.

5. Outscraper: no-code exports to a spreadsheet

Outscraper Menards Data Scraper page, captured November 2, 2026

Outscraper's Menards Data Scraper takes category pages, search result links or product URLs and extracts product names, prices, stock availability, SKUs, images, specifications and descriptions to CSV or Excel, with API access on every tier. The first 500 products are free. The paid tiers are labelled "$3/product" from 500 to 5,000 products and "$1/product" after that, while each tier's description says the price is per 1,000 products, so confirm the unit before you budget. No store selection or rebate field is documented. Choose it for one-off spreadsheet pulls without writing code.

6. Scrapewise: an AI scraper on pages you supply

Scrapewise Menards scraper page, captured November 2, 2026

Scrapewise says plainly that it has no dedicated Menards data API. Its AI scraper reads a menards.com page you point it at and returns the columns you declare, 12 by default, including price, bulk_price, availability and branch_stock "where the page exposes it", by REST, CSV or Excel on a schedule. There is no rebate column; the page notes the rebate is a separate badge, not deducted from the displayed price. It costs from €0.15 per 1,000 plain pages and €0.75 per 1,000 rendered pages, with 5 free requests, and it publishes no sample Menards output, saying Menards did not return a readable product page to an ordinary request. Choose it if you want to define your own columns and can test them on your pages first.

Managed data services such as Grepsr and Actowiz also offer Menards extraction as a project; neither publishes a self-serve Menards price.

Pick by the number you need

If your users act on what a Menards store charges after the rebate and how many it has, keeping that current across stores is the ongoing work, and it is what Scavio's Menards API handles. Tracking 50 searches at 10 stores every day is 500 searches, 1,000 credits a day and about 30,000 a month: $60 at the Growth-yearly rate of $2 per 1,000 credits, covering up to 20,000 store prices with counts a day. Billed per record at $1.50 per 1,000, the same 600,000 rows a month would be about $900, and none of the per-record options above documents the store's count. Frequently asked questions

Does Menards have a public API?

No. Menards offers no open developer API for products, prices, rebates or store stock. Its developer portal is marked for prior-authorized partners, so developers use a third-party API, a scraper service or an Apify actor instead. Scavio's Menards API returns search results, product detail and store stock as JSON with one key.

Does Menards have an 11 percent rebate today?

On November 2, 2026, every product we checked carried an "11% REBATE*" running from November 2 to November 8, 2026: 39 of 40 cordless drills, all 40 refrigerators and all 8 lumber items at a St Paul store. The dates come back on each product as start_date and end_date, so an API call tells you whether the rebate is on right now.

Are Menards prices the same at every store?

Not always. On November 2, 2026 all 40 cordless drills in a search cost the same at seven stores in five states, but 5 of 8 lumber items did not: a 2x6x8 was $6.38 at three Twin Cities stores and $6.95 in Des Moines. Lumber and other commodity prices are set by store, so price the store you shop.

How do I check Menards stock at a specific store?

On menards.com you select a store and read the stock line on each product. Through an API, pass the store number: Scavio's search returns that store's stock_quantity for each of 40 products, and its product endpoint adds the aisle and section. Store numbers come from its stores endpoint, which takes a ZIP code.

What is the cheapest Menards data API?

Per row, bulk plans are cheapest: Bright Data is $1.50 per 1,000 records and Apify's yugenox actor starts from $2.00 per 1,000 result rows, but neither documents store-level stock or the rebate. Scavio is $4 per 1,000 searches on its Growth plan billed yearly, and each search returns up to 40 products with the store's count.
