For a Harbor Freight price tracker, deal alert or AI agent, start with Scavio's Harbor Freight API. Its prices endpoint returns the shelf price, regular price, sale price and end date, clearance flag, Inside Track Club member price and per-customer limit for up to 50 item numbers in one call, and on November 2, 2026 it matched all 47 deals on the first page of Harbor Freight's coupon site to the cent and the day. Every Harbor Freight endpoint costs 1 credit, and Scavio starts from $2.00 per 1,000 calls on the Growth plan billed yearly.
You need a third-party option because Harbor Freight has no public API, and the best-known community tracker has stalled: in October 2026, r/harborfreight asked what happened to HF Price Tracker after it stopped updating. If you want your own record of Harbor Freight prices, you have to collect it.
We build Scavio, so read this with that bias in mind. Every Scavio number below comes from live calls we made on November 2, 2026. Every competitor detail was read off the vendor's own page that day, and where a detail was not published we say so. The screenshots are each vendor's own page, captured the same day.

Most Harbor Freight deals are member-only, and the shelf price hides them
We took the 48 item numbers on the first page of Harbor Freight's coupon site on November 2, 2026 and sent them to Scavio's prices endpoint in one call. It returned 47 products in 8.0 seconds for 1 credit; the 48th, a cable tie pack listed under three item numbers, came back in not_found under the first. For all 47, the deal price and end date in the response matched the coupon page exactly.
27 of the 47 deals were Inside Track Club member prices ending December 3, and 20 were sales for everyone ending November 25. The member deals were worth $1,044 of the $1,178 in total savings, 89%, from 13% off a FRANKLIN drywall panel hoist to 52% off a MADDOX brake service kit, $41.99 down to $19.99. On every one of the 27, the shelf price stayed at the regular price; only member_deal carried the deal. A tracker that stores one price per item would have seen 20 deals that day, not 47, and missed the $90 off the DAYTONA 3 ton long-reach floor jack, $269.99 down to $179.99, limit 1 per member. The coupon field was null on all 47, and on all 249 items from seven searches we ran the same day: Harbor Freight's current deals run as sales and member prices.
1. Scavio: every price tier for 50 items in one call

Scavio's Harbor Freight API is 7 POST endpoints, all 1 credit. Measured on November 2:
- Prices: up to 50 item numbers per call, each with
price,regular_price,sale(price,ends_at, savings, andCLRfor clearance),coupon,member_deal(price, code, expiry and per-customerlimit) andcompare_at, the name-brand price Harbor Freight quotes. Unknown item numbers come back innot_foundinstead of failing the call. The 47-item call above took 8.0 s. - Search: up to 48 products a page by keyword or category, with brand and clearance filters and 7 sorts, including member price low to high. "floor jack" followed Harbor Freight's own redirect to the Floor Jacks category and returned all 20 jacks.
- Clearance: 56 items on November 2, each with the clearance price and the date it ends.
- Availability: in stock, limited, out of stock or not carried, with the aisle, for up to 20 items at the stores nearest a ZIP. Near Houston (77002), the long-reach jack was in stock at 4 of the 5 nearest stores and limited at the fifth.
- Product, stores and reviews fill in UPC, specifications and manuals, store hours, and Harbor Freight's own customer reviews.
What it does not do: Harbor Freight prices are national, so there is no per-store price, and store stock is a status from a daily snapshot, never a unit count. There is no stored history: you build one by calling on a schedule from the day you start, so it cannot tell you what an item cost last spring. Member and coupon prices are reported separately and never stacked into one final price. The benefit is one key and one JSON format for Harbor Freight alongside Home Depot and Lowe's, plus an MCP server for agents. How to track Harbor Freight prices and coupons walks through each call with captured responses.
2. Apify actor: scheduled catalog exports

On the Apify Store, alduinxx/harbor-freight-scraper takes search terms, departments or item numbers, and an optional ZIP code for shelf stock at the nearest open store within 50 miles. Its README lists the regular price, sale type and end date, the public coupon "when Harbor Freight runs them", the Inside Track Club member price with its code and limit, and the competitor compare price, and it has a deals-only switch. It charges from $3.00 per 1,000 results plus a per-run start fee the page does not state. It had 3 total users, 1 monthly user and no ratings on November 2. Actors run as jobs that write to a dataset, which suits a nightly export more than a check inside a request, and each is maintained by its author.
3. Bright Data: product records by URL
Bright Data's Harbor Freight Price Scraper API collects price, item id, title, brand, category, availability and variant attributes, with GTIN, MPN and description in its sample output. Its examples take product URLs, up to 5,000 per request, and a sibling scraper collects by category URL; keyword and ZIP inputs, member prices, coupons and per-store stock are not documented. It costs $1.50 per 1,000 records pay-as-you-go, or $499 a month for 384,000 records with more at $1.30 per 1,000, and the free tier is 5,000 records a month with no card. Bright Data also sells Harbor Freight SKU tracking dashboards "starting from $250/month". Choose it when you already have the product URLs and want a large file of list prices. (Its page could not be captured cleanly on November 2, so there is no screenshot.)
4. HF Tracker: a community site with 12 months of history
![]()
HF Tracker is a free site that a developer posted in the r/harborfreight thread about the stalled tracker. On November 2 it showed 8,999 tools tracked, 420 on coupon and 221 ITC deals, a "Last check Mon 5:32 AM CT", 12 months of price history and free price alerts. It mentions no API or export. Choose it to decide whether to buy a tool today; it is not something you can call from code.
5. Hazard Fraught Price Tracker: the original, now stale
![]()
Hazard Fraught Price Tracker is the long-running community site, with 8,558 tools monitored, 58,153 price changes and 54,968 coupons documented. It has no API. In the October 2026 thread, users said it had stopped getting new data, and its page for the black long-reach jack, item 64781, showed no current member price on November 2 although Harbor Freight was running a $179.99 member deal on it. Its older coupon history, which runs back to 2023 for that jack, is still useful for judging whether a deal is a good one.
Pick by the number you need
If your users act on what a Harbor Freight tool costs today and which deal applies, keeping every tier current is the ongoing work, and it is what Scavio's prices endpoint handles. Checking a 500-item watchlist every hour is 10 calls an hour, 7,200 credits a month, about $14.36 at the Growth-yearly rate of $2 per 1,000 credits. Checking 9,000 items once a day is 180 calls a day and 5,400 credits a month, about $10.77, which also fits inside the 7,000 credits of the $30-a-month plan. Billed per item at $3.00 per 1,000, the same daily sweep would be 270,000 results a month. Try the Harbor Freight API free, 50 credits, no card, or run a prices call in the playground.

Frequently asked questions
Does Harbor Freight have a public API?
No. Harbor Freight publishes no developer API for products, prices, coupons or store stock, and Google's AI Overview says the same. Trackers and developers use a third-party API, an Apify actor, a data vendor or a community website instead. Scavio's Harbor Freight API returns every price tier for up to 50 item numbers per call as JSON.
How many Harbor Freight coupons can I use at once?
Harbor Freight's own coupon guide says "Limit 1 coupon per customer per day". Inside Track Club member deals carry their own per-item limit as well: on November 2, 2026 the member deals we priced allowed 1 to 4 units per customer, and the limit comes back in each deal's limit field.
What happened to HF Price Tracker?
In October 2026, r/harborfreight users reported that the Hazard Fraught Price Tracker had stopped updating, and its owner had not answered email. The site is still online. Newer community sites such as HF Tracker show daily prices, and developers who want their own history call an API on a schedule and store the results.
Is the Inside Track Club member price included in the shelf price?
No. Harbor Freight shows the member price as a separate deal, and the price a non-member pays stays at the regular price. On all 27 member deals we priced on November 2, 2026, Scavio's price field equalled the regular price and the member price sat in member_deal, so a tracker that stores one price misses every member deal.
What is the cheapest way to track Harbor Freight prices?
A community website such as HF Tracker is free to browse but has no API. For your own tracker, Scavio prices 50 items per 1-credit call, so a daily check of 9,000 items is 180 calls, 5,400 credits a month, about $10.77 on the Growth plan billed yearly. Per-record products bill each item separately, which costs more at that volume.
