Notes

About 14 videos per page. count is accepted but TikTok ignores it. Keep passing cursor while has_more is 1.

Raw TikTok payload. The response is TikTok's own JSON under data. Large numeric ids can lose precision when parsed as JSON numbers, so read the string forms (id_str, sec_uid, secUid) rather than numeric id fields.
