Notes

One global chart; there is no region filter. chart_info.update_time is when the chart was last refreshed (unix seconds).

Raw TikTok payload. The response is TikTok's own JSON under data. Large numeric ids can lose precision when parsed as JSON numbers, so read the string forms (id_str, sec_uid, secUid) rather than numeric id fields.
