TikTok Shop competitor analysis
Paste a competitor's shop link, shop ID or one of its product links. See what they sell best, how many units, at what prices and discounts.
Study a competing TikTok Shop store
A TikTok Shop store's sales often lean on a handful of hero products. On October 20, 2026, the top 3 products of the medicube US Store held 28.7% of the units sold across its 60 best sellers; at MuscleMeds they held 89.3% of its 12 products. Before you launch against a competitor, price a new product or pitch a brand, you want to see the catalog the way its sales see it: which products carry the shop, at what price, and how hard it discounts.
This tool puts that on one screen. Paste the shop link, the shop ID, a share link or a product link and you get the shop's best sellers ranked by units sold, the share of units in its top 3 products, its price range and median, discount depth, the brands it carries and its review-weighted rating. TikTok Shop sellers use it to size up rivals, agencies to brief clients on a category leader, and brands to benchmark their own store. To find best sellers across every shop for a keyword instead, use the TikTok Shop product finder.
It runs on the Scavio TikTok Shop API: the shop products endpoint, plus resolve for share links. You get 5 free shop analyses a day, no account. To follow a list of competing shops, get an API key and run it daily through the API.
How to analyze a TikTok Shop competitor
- 1
Paste the competitor's shop
Paste the shop link (shop.tiktok.com/us/store/...), the numeric shop ID, a vt.tiktok.com share link to the shop, or a shop.tiktok.com product link from that shop.
- 2
Run the analysis
The tool loads the shop's catalog, best sellers first, up to 60 products. From a product link it first finds the shop that sells that product.
- 3
Read the shop's numbers
See units sold, how concentrated sales are in the top 3 products, the price range and median, how many products are discounted, the brands carried and the review-weighted rating, then the top 20 best sellers.
Frequently asked questions
What does the TikTok Shop competitor analysis show?+
For one TikTok Shop store it shows the shop name and ID, how many products it lists, the units sold across those products and the share that comes from the top 3, the price range and median price, how many products are discounted and by how much, the brands it carries, and the product rating weighted by review count. Below that it lists the top 20 best sellers with price, original price, discount, rating, review count, variants and units sold.
How do I find a TikTok Shop shop link or shop ID?+
Open any product the shop sells on TikTok Shop and tap the shop name to open its store page. The link looks like shop.tiktok.com/us/store/<shop-name>/<number>, and the number at the end is the shop ID. Paste the link or the number. A vt.tiktok.com share link to the store works too.
Can I start from a product link?+
Yes, for US product pages on shop.tiktok.com that carry the product name in the link. The tool finds the product in TikTok Shop search and reads which shop sells it. When the product does not show up in that search, the tool says so and asks for the shop link instead. Product links without the name in them, and affiliate share links, do not say which shop sells them, so paste the shop link for those.
Are the units sold real sales numbers?+
They are the sold counts TikTok Shop displays on each listing. On October 20, 2026, the top product of the medicube US Store showed 1,180,763 sold. TikTok Shop does not break that count down by month, so the tool does not turn it into a revenue or monthly estimate. To measure how fast a competitor is selling, pull the shop on a schedule through the API and compare the counts between runs.
How many of a shop's products can I see?+
TikTok Shop serves a store's catalog in pages of 30, best sellers first. The tool loads up to 2 pages (60 products) and shows the top 20 for free, and the stats cover every product it loaded. When the catalog continues past that, the tool says so. Through the API you page through the whole catalog with next_cursor; the full JSON is available via the API.
Why does it sometimes say the catalog may be partial?+
TikTok Shop occasionally serves a short or repeated page. The tool checks for that: a page with fewer than 30 products when more are promised, a second page that repeats the first, or a page that fails to load. When it sees one, it labels the result partial instead of presenting it as the full catalog. A shop with fewer than 30 products looks the same as a shortened page, so the tool flags that case too and suggests a second run.
Why is a product's price left out of the price range?+
Some sellers park a listing at a price far above anything they actually sell, which usually means an unavailable item or variant. On October 20, 2026 the medicube US Store listed a serum at $9,878.70 against a median of about $45. The tool flags any price over 20 times the shop's median and keeps it out of the price range so one placeholder does not distort the numbers.
Does it show the shop's followers or shop rating?+
No. The shop catalog does not include the follower count, location or the shop-level rating, and the tool only shows what the data actually contains. The rating shown here is the average product rating across the loaded products, weighted by how many reviews each product has.
Is it free?+
Yes. You get 5 free shop analyses a day with no account. To keep going, get an API key: 50 free credits on signup, no card required. Through the API each page of 30 products costs 1 credit, so this analysis is 1 to 2 credits, plus 1 when the tool starts from a share link or a product link and has to look up the shop first.
Can I run this from my own code?+
Yes. POST /api/v1/tiktok-shop/shop/products with a shop_id returns 30 products per page with price, original price, discount, units sold, rating, review count, variant count and brand, plus next_cursor for the next page. POST /api/v1/tiktok-shop/resolve turns a shop or product link into an ID. Run it daily through the API to follow a list of competing shops.
Track competing shops with the TikTok Shop API
