Does it download every image in a carousel?+
Yes. For a multi-image carousel, every photo slide loads in a grid and you can save them individually or all at once.
What resolution do I get?+
The full-size image Instagram stores — up to the original upload resolution, far larger than a screenshot.
Which links work?+
Any public Instagram post link — a /p/ URL works, with or without a username in front of it.
It's a video or reel — where are the photos?+
This tool is for photo posts. For a reel or video, use our free Instagram Video Downloader instead.
Can I download from private accounts?+
No. Only public posts can be fetched. Private or followers-only content isn't accessible.
Is the Instagram photo downloader free?+
Yes. The first three downloads are free with no account. After that, sign up free to keep going on your own Scavio credits.
Do you store the photos or links?+
No. Files stream straight through to your browser and nothing is saved on our servers.
Can I use this in my own code?+
