Bulk Zestimate lookup
Paste a list of addresses, Zillow links or zpids. Get each home's Zestimate, rent Zestimate, last sale and tax assessment, with the total and median value of the list.
Zestimates for a whole list, not one address at a time
Investors screening a list of leads, wholesalers checking an offer list, lenders reviewing a book of loans and proptech teams seeding a database all need the same thing: a value for every address on a list. Typing addresses into Zillow one by one and copying the Zestimate into a sheet does not scale past a handful.
This lookup takes the list as you have it, street addresses, Zillow links or zpids, one per line, and returns the Zestimate, rent Zestimate, list price, last sale, size and tax assessment for each home, with the total value, median value and gross rental yield of the list. Addresses that do not match a Zillow home exactly are marked, never guessed. To find homes for sale in an area instead, use the Zillow listings scraper.
It runs on the Scavio Zillow API: the Zillow property endpoint values each home for 1 credit. You get 5 free Zestimate lookups a day, no account. To value a full list, get an API key and run it daily through the API.
How to look up Zestimates in bulk
- 1
Paste your list
Put one property per line: a street address with city and state (1411 Romeria Dr, Austin, TX 78757), a zillow.com/homedetails/ link, or a zpid. Up to 5 lines run free.
- 2
Run the lookup
Each line is matched to its Zillow home and valued, three at a time. A list of 5 usually takes 10 to 40 seconds.
- 3
Read the values and the totals
Every home shows its Zestimate and range, rent Zestimate and gross yield, list price if it is for sale, last sale, beds, baths, square feet, Zestimate per square foot and tax assessment. Above the table: total value, median value, combined rent and the list's gross yield.
- 4
Value bigger lists through the API
Get an API key and loop your list over the Zillow property endpoint from your own code or spreadsheet, 1 credit per home.
Frequently asked questions
What does the bulk Zestimate lookup show?+
For each property: the address and Zillow link, whether it is for sale, recently sold or off market, the Zestimate with Zillow's low-to-high range, the rent Zestimate, the list price when the home is for sale, the last sold price and date when Zillow has them, bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, Zestimate per square foot, the tax assessed value and the year built. Above the table you get the total and median Zestimate of the list, the combined monthly rent Zestimate and the list's gross rental yield.
Can I paste street addresses, or do I need zpids?+
Both work. A zpid or a zillow.com/homedetails/ link resolves exactly. A street address is matched to its Zillow page first, and only an exact match counts: same house number, same street, same unit. If Zillow has no page that matches, the line is marked as not matched instead of showing a neighbor's value. Writing the address as street, city, state (with commas) gives the best match rate.
Why did one of my addresses not resolve?+
Usually because the address is written differently from Zillow's version, the unit number is missing or different, or the home has no Zillow page. Check the spelling, add the unit for condos and apartments, or paste the home's Zillow link, which always resolves. Lines that are not addresses or Zillow IDs are skipped without using a lookup.
Why is the Zestimate missing for some homes?+
Zillow does not show a Zestimate for every home. In our tests on October 20, 2026, a Denver home that had just sold returned its sold price of $907,500 and a rent Zestimate, but no Zestimate. Those homes are left out of the total and median, and the summary says how many of the list had one.
How are the total, median and gross yield calculated?+
The total adds up the Zestimates of the homes that have one, and the median is the middle value of those. Zestimate per square foot divides the Zestimate by the living area. Gross yield is twelve months of rent Zestimate divided by the Zestimate, before taxes, insurance, vacancy or repairs, so treat it as a screening number, not a return.
How many properties can I value?+
Up to 5 properties per run, 5 free runs a day with no account. For larger lists use the API: POST /api/v1/zillow/property with a zpid or Zillow link returns one home for 1 credit, so a list of 1,000 zpids costs 1,000 credits. The full JSON for each home is available via the API.
Is there an official Zestimate API?+
Zillow Group offers a Zestimates API through its developer program. Its page describes it as meant for commercial use cases by businesses and has you request access through a form. The Scavio API needs no approval: sign up, get a key and call the Zillow property endpoint right away, with 50 free credits on signup and no card required.
What else does the Zillow property endpoint return?+
Besides the values in this table, POST /api/v1/zillow/property returns the price history, tax history, description, facts and features, rooms, schools, open houses, photos, lot size, HOA fee, property tax rate and listing attribution for a home. The 2307 Cheyenne Cir, Austin listing returned a $995,000 list price, a $958,300 Zestimate and a $4,444 rent Zestimate on October 20, 2026.
Is it free?+
Yes. You get 5 free Zestimate lookups a day, each up to 5 properties, with no account. To keep going, get an API key: 50 free credits on signup, no card required. Paid plans start at $24 a month billed yearly for 7,000 credits, enough to value 7,000 homes by zpid.
How is this different from the Zillow listings scraper?+
The Zillow listings scraper starts from an area (a city, ZIP or neighborhood) and returns the homes listed there. This lookup starts from your own list of addresses, including homes that are not for sale, and returns the value of each one. Use the scraper to find deals and this lookup to value a list you already have.
