Extraer regulatory references
Analizar el contract text for regulatory references: ISO estandares, GDPR articulos, SOC requisitos, industria regulations. Use regex patrones to identificar citacion formats.
Search for actual estado
For cada reference, consulta Google for '[reference] actual estado 2026'. Extraer si el reference es actual, amended, superseded, o withdrawn.
Clasificar reference estado
Scan search resultado fragmentos for estado palabras clave: 'superseded', 'replaced by', 'amended', 'withdrawn', 'revoked'. Clasificar cada reference as CURRENT, AMENDED, o OUTDATED.
Generar verification informe
Salida un informe listing cada reference con its verification estado, classification, y fuente URLs. Highlight OUTDATED y AMENDED references.
Route for human resena
Enviar el informe to el legal team. OUTDATED references requiere contract amendment. AMENDED references requiere resena to confirm el clause es aun valid bajo el actualizado regulation.
