For iHerb data inside a price tracker, a supplement catalogue or an AI agent, start with Scavio's iHerb API. Its POST /api/v1/iherb/prices call takes up to 50 iHerb product ids and returns each one's price, list price, discount, stock flag, rating and review count for 2 credits: about $0.004 on the Growth plan billed yearly, under half a cent for 50 products. The same key searches iherb.com, returns one product with its supplement facts, UPC, price per serving and the expiration date of the stock on sale, and reads each product's review summary.
iHerb publishes no developer API for products, prices or reviews. Its affiliate program, run through affiliate networks, gives approved publishers tracking links, not data, so every option below reads iherb.com's public pages for you.
We build Scavio, so read this with that bias in mind. Every Scavio number below comes from live calls we made on November 2, 2026. Every competitor detail was read off the vendor's own page that day, and where a detail was not published we say so. The screenshots are each vendor's own iHerb page, captured the same day.

iHerb's price per serving hides a 4.4x spread
iHerb shows a price per serving on every supplement, but a serving is whatever the label says it is: one capsule with 120 mg of magnesium, or four capsules with 350 mg. To compare value you need the supplement facts next to the price. We pulled 14 magnesium glycinate capsules and tablets from a "magnesium glycinate" search with Scavio's product endpoint and divided each price by the elemental magnesium in the bottle.
Natural Factors' 120-capsule bottle worked out at $0.060 per 100 mg of magnesium and Sports Research's 90-capsule bottle at $0.263, 4.4 times as much. Natural Factors' label lists buffered glycinate with magnesium oxide, which helps explain the gap. Per serving the order changes: Swanson was cheapest at $0.12 a serving and third per milligram, while Natural Factors and Metabolic Maintenance both cost $0.24 a serving and sat 3.2x apart per milligram. The expiration dates of the stock on sale ran from 02/2028 to 02/2031. If your product compares supplements, tracks deals or answers "which bottle is the better buy", the label matters as much as the price.
1. Scavio: prices for 50 products, supplement facts and expiry dates

Scavio's iHerb API is 4 POST endpoints, each 2 credits, all returning the US store in US dollars. Measured on November 2:
- Search: "magnesium glycinate" returned 48 products from 10,152 results in 4.8 s, each with product id, brand code, price, list price, discount, rating, review count,
in_stock, badges, the "sold in 30 days" line and asponsoredflag (16 of the 48 rows were sponsored). Eight sorts and abrand_codefilter. - Bulk prices: 50 product ids came back in request order in 1.9 s, with price, list price, discount, stock flag, rating and review count. All 50 were in stock and none was discounted that afternoon.
- Product: NOW Foods Magnesium Glycinate, 180 tablets, came back in 4.3 s at $19.59 and $0.22 a serving, with UPC 733739012890, expiration date 08/2030, a quantity limit of 12, rank 2 in Minerals, Magnesium and Supplements, both pack sizes as variants, and a facts panel of 200 mg of elemental magnesium (48% DV) per 2 tablets. Product calls took 3.8 to 12.3 s.
- Reviews: the same product's summary in 1.5 s: a 4.8 average over 46,309 reviews, 88% five-star, counts in 42 languages, and the top critical review, a one-star "Very hard on my stomach".
What it does not do: data is the US store only, with no other country or currency. The reviews endpoint is a summary, not a review list, so it cannot page through all 46,309 reviews. There is no price history; you build it by calling /prices on a schedule. The benefit is one key and one JSON format for iHerb alongside Amazon, Walmart and CVS, plus an MCP server for agents. How to get iHerb supplement prices and stock walks through each call with captured responses.
2. Apify actors: monitoring, other countries and full review lists

On the Apify Store, vaunted/iherb-scraper is the broadest option. It runs four modes: search, product details (price, list price, stock, ingredients, nutrition facts, UPC and an expiry date, plus units left when iHerb shows a low-stock count), reviews with text and reviewer location, and a monitor mode that reports price drops, increases, stock changes and new or removed items with optional webhooks. It covers 188 countries and 84 currencies, where Scavio covers the US store only. It charges from $0.50 per 1,000 items, and had 341 users, 83 of them monthly, and no ratings yet.
Three narrower actors fill gaps. ParseBird's iHerb Reviews Scraper collects every review on a product, splitting large products by star rating and date to get past iHerb's 10,000-review listing limit, at $0.69 to $0.99 per 1,000 reviews depending on your Apify plan; it had 2 users. lumen_limitless/iherb-product-api takes product ids and returns title, price, stock, rating, brand and images at $0.01 per product, with 53 users. 123webdata/iherb-scraper charges $0.99 per 1,000 list results and $3.99 per 1,000 product details plus $0.03 a run. Actors run as jobs that write to a dataset, which suits scheduled exports, and each is maintained by one developer, so pin the one you test.
3. Bright Data: catalogue records by URL

Bright Data's iHerb Scraper API takes up to 5,000 product URLs per call. The fields its page lists are product title, description, brand, product category, category tree, item id, variant id and URL; it does not list price, stock, supplement facts or expiration date, and reviews are a separate iHerb Reviews scraper. It costs $1.50 per 1,000 records pay-as-you-go or $499 a month for 384,000 records with more at $1.30 per 1,000, every account gets 5,000 free records a month, and the page carried a 60% discount code for three months. Choose it for a large file of what iHerb sells, not for current prices.
4. IHerb Product Data Api on RapidAPI: products by brand

The IHerb Product Data Api, published by Daniel Passos, lists four endpoints: Get Product By Brand Name, Get All Brands, Get Solicitation and Post Solicitation, and advertises "Over 40,000 Products Available!". The listing showed 302 subscribers, a 4-star rating from 6 reviews, 713 ms latency and a 100% service level. Plans start with a $0 Basic and a $10.00 Pro tier; the request quotas behind them did not load for us without an account, and the listing does not document supplement facts, expiry dates or reviews. Choose it if brand-level product lists are all you need and you already use RapidAPI.
5. Channel3: iHerb inside a cross-retailer search

Channel3 indexes iherb.com in one search API across many retailers, built for recommendations and AI shopping agents. Its iHerb page shows a search request filtered to iherb.com, offers 1,000 free searches a month with no card, and mentions an affiliate commission of up to 5% on sales; paid pricing was not published. It documents no stock, supplement facts, expiry dates or reviews. Choose it when iHerb is one merchant among many in a shopping assistant.
Pick by the number you need
If your users act on what an iHerb product costs today, whether it is in stock and what is on its label, keeping that current is the ongoing work, and it is what Scavio's iHerb API handles. Re-checking 1,000 products every day is 20 prices calls, 40 credits a day and about 1,200 a month: $2.40 at the Growth-yearly rate of $2 per 1,000 credits, for 30,000 product prices. Refreshing every label and expiration date once a month adds 1,000 product calls, 2,000 credits, about $4. Billed per item at $0.50 per 1,000, the same 30,000 prices would be $15 a month on Apify's iHerb Scraper, which in return covers other countries and full review lists. For a one-off check, 50 free credits cover 25 calls, enough to price 1,250 products. Try the iHerb API free, 50 credits, no card, or try the endpoints in the playground.

Frequently asked questions
Does iHerb have a public API?
No. iHerb does not publish a developer API for its catalogue, prices, stock or reviews. Its programmatic offering is an affiliate program, run through third-party affiliate networks, that gives approved publishers tracking links and promotional material rather than product data. Developers who need iHerb product data use third-party APIs and scrapers such as Scavio's iHerb API, Apify actors or Bright Data.
How do I check iHerb prices for many products at once?
Scavio's /api/v1/iherb/prices takes up to 50 iHerb product ids and returns each one's price, list price, discount, in-stock flag, rating and review count in request order, for 2 credits per call. A 50-product call answered in 1.9 seconds on November 2, 2026. Apify's iHerb Scraper has a monitor mode that reports price and stock changes on a schedule.
Can I get iHerb expiration dates through an API?
Yes. iHerb shows the expiration date of the stock it is selling on each product page, and product-level APIs return it. Scavio's product endpoint returns it as expiration_date in month/year form, such as 02/2031, and Apify's iHerb Scraper returns an expiry date in its product detail mode. Bright Data's iHerb page does not list it.
Can I download every review on an iHerb product?
Some scrapers page through full review lists: Apify's iHerb Reviews Scraper by ParseBird collects every review on a product, charged per 1,000 reviews, and the vaunted iHerb Scraper has a reviews mode. Scavio's reviews endpoint is a summary instead: average rating, star histogram, counts per language and the top positive and top critical review, with no review list.
What is the cheapest iHerb data API?
It depends on what you count. Apify's iHerb Scraper starts at $0.50 per 1,000 items. Scavio's prices call costs 2 credits for 50 products, about $0.08 per 1,000 product prices at its Growth-yearly rate, while single-product calls are $4 per 1,000. Bright Data charges $1.50 per 1,000 records with 5,000 free records a month.
